Serra de Tramuntana & Sa Calobra (Ma-10 & Ma-2141)

The UNESCO World Heritage spine of Mallorca. The Ma-10 winds along sheer coastal limestone cliffs, orange groves, and reservoir lakes. The crown jewel detour is the Ma-2141 down to Sa Calobra: an engineering masterpiece featuring 12 switchbacks and the famous Nus de Sa Corbata (Tie Knot), where the road loops 270 degrees underneath itself across a concrete bridge. Toll-free. Open year-round. Extremely narrow with tourist coaches; ride at dawn for clean lines.

Ronda to San Pedro de Alcántara (A-397)

Legendary throughout Europe as the premier sportbike proving ground in southern Spain. Climbs from the Costa del Sol up the Serranía de Ronda with ultra-wide, high-friction, race-track smooth asphalt, positive cambered radius curves, and vistas extending across the Mediterranean to Gibraltar and the Moroccan Rif mountains. Toll-free. Open year-round (rare winter high-ridge frost). Heavy weekend motorcycle presence with regular Spanish Guardia Civil speed patrols.
