Terms

Last updated: 17 September 2026

Using this site means you accept what is written here. It is short on purpose.

The important one: a route is a suggestion

We measure roads and suggest ways to ride between places. We are not there with you. Conditions change, roads close, bridges wash out, surfaces are not what the map says, and a turn that looks good on a screen can be gravel in the rain. What you see here is information to plan with, not an instruction to follow.

You are responsible for your own riding: the law where you are, the state of the road in front of you, and your own ability on the day. If the road disagrees with us, the road is right.

Set your route before you set off. Do not operate this — or any screen — while riding.

Live tracking

Sharing your position is a convenience for the people who care where you are. It depends on mobile coverage, on your battery, and on your phone still being attached to the motorcycle. It is not an emergency service and must not be relied on as one. If something has gone wrong, call the people whose job that is.

The free part

Planning, sharing and GPX downloads are free, and a route somebody sends you works whether or not you have an account. We intend to keep it that way.

What is ours and what is not

Road measurements, scoring and the writing on this site are ours. Map data comes from OpenStreetMap contributors under their licence. Photographs belong to the photographers credited on the credits page and are used under the licences they chose. We are independent and not affiliated with any motorcycle manufacturer.

No warranty

The service is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available, accurate or uninterrupted, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for loss arising from using it.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
