Features 36 numbered hairpin bends (Kehren), sweeping high-friction asphalt, the historic Hochtor tunnel summit at 2,504m, and a cobblestone spur climbing to Edelweißspitze (2,571m / 8,435 ft) with panoramic vistas of 30 three-thousand-meter peaks and the Pasterze Glacier beneath the Großglockner (3,798m). Dedicated toll road (~€33-35 motorcycle day ticket; separate Austrian highway vignette not required for the pass itself). Closed November through early May.
